Most of you who have had contact with Cavalier Creations have dealt mainly with myself as I am the "voice" behind the emails and on the phone. While I do most of the design work and gem sourcing, my hubby is very diligent in a lot of the "behind the scenes" work and is the one who preps our metals before stone setting, keeps our equipment running smoothly and our shop ergonomically sound. A highly trained architectural and scale model builder by trade, he knows what works when it comes to small scale equipment. He's starting to get his hands dirty in the jewelry design processes and is a far better artist than I could ever hope to be.
We've been blessed with young adult children who help in any way they can, from running to the Post Office with expedited and international deliveries to emergency visits to the various sources for equipment and supplies. Our son had to convince the manager at the local hardware store that he was purchasing a large supply of butane for his parents' jewelry torches and not for some nefarious prank. They now know him well and gladly sell him as much butane as we might need!
We believe in the Golden Rule and strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every contact, whether it results in a sale or not, believing that our customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
